1.12.2011     UNDnet will be used on Ambarlı-Toulon Line

Entry (ENS) and Exit (EXS) summary declarations will be used as of December 7, 2011 in France. As you know Entry (ENS) and Exit (EXS) Summary Declarations have also been mandatory in Bulgaria as of January 1, 2011 and in Italy as of July 1, 2011. It  will be mandatory in France and fines will be applicable as of July 1, 2012.

 

As of January 1, 2012, the system will be mandatory for vehicles that use Toulon-bound Ro-Ro vessels. All vehicles will have to submit Entry (ENS) summary declarations in 12 hours after the vessel sails. Considering the preparation time for the compiling of the data, the ENS declarations should be completed before the vessel sails. The vehicles that do not complete ENS procedures over UNDnet will not be admitted to the vessel.

 

UNDnet personnel will be available in Ambarlı Port to help open ENS declarations. International transport companies can also make these declarations online by being and e-customer of UNDnet which will speed up the process.

 

Customers who are not e-customers of UNDnet will have to submit:

 

 

-          Invoice

-          CMR

-          Export declarations

-          Arrival Customs Name/ Code

-          Transit route information

-          Tax ID number is the consignee is in Italy

 

Our customers will be able to make T1 and TIR NCTS declarations on UNDnet using the UNDnet information that is used to complete ENS declarations. Vehicles that will make import declarations in Toulon will also have to make ENS declarations on UNDnet.

 

To avoid problems and to make the necessary arrangements until January 1, 2012, ENS declarations will be used for Toulon line starting on December 7, 2011. All ENS charges on Toulon line will be covered by U.N Ro-Ro between December 7, 2011 and December 31, 2011 to avoid problems and to support our customers. Trieste line ENS prices will be aplicable for Toulon line as of January 1 , 2012.
